Today, Chasatie Dulabhan pled guilty to Robbery 2nd, Burglary 2nd, Assault 2nd, and Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling with 20-year sentences to run concurrently on each offense. In 2017, the defendant and her codefendant Joseph Heathcock unlawfully entered the home of 62-year-old U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Michael Irvins. During the incident, the victim was shot and eventually returned fire while attempting to protect himself. Chasatie’s codefendant, who was the shooter, pled GUILTY to the same charges and was sentenced to 25 years to serve earlier this week.
