Effective Monday, May 18, 2020, the public will be allowed to enter the ground floor of Mobile Government Plaza in order to pay money owed on criminal cases including, but not limited to, traffic tickets, court costs and fines, worthless check fees, and restitution payments.
In order to ensure the safety of the public and courthouse employees, a temporary payment window will be established in the atrium on the first floor. Presiding Circuit Court Judge Michael Youngpeter has ordered that masks will be required for anyone entering the building attempting to
make a payment.
